Terms & Conditions

What I Expect From My Clients:

  1.  All information given to me at our Pre-Sit Visit is accurate and up to date regarding your pet (including feeding requirements, temperament and any medical requirements).
  2. Any pet information updates are given to me in advance of a next sitting.
  3. Payments are required in advance of the actual sitting; either by Bacs, Card, Chq or cash, (this can be the day before the sitting).
  4. All equipment (cleaning products, food, etc) are easily available for me during my sitting.
  5. Please advise on flexibility of your booking (on arrival times, etc). This allows me to fit multiple bookings in one day.

 

What My Clients Can Expect From Me:

  1.  A dedicated pet sitting service; I will never bring a pet from another client to your home – your pet will get my full attention.
  2. Prices will be confirmed during the booking process and only change should circumstances change (increase of time required, etc).
  3. To respect your property and home at all times and to make sure I clean up after myself (should I be required to eat during my sitting) and tidy away all pet sitting equipment if used.
  4. Flexibility during booking; I will be happy to stay beyond the agreed time should circumstances require it – any fee will be discussed at the time.
  5. Care, attention and affection for your beloved pet.
  6. Cancellations may incur a fee of either the whole or partial payment (Depending on overall booking cost.  Partial may be 30-50% of booking cost).

All personal information given to me is kept safe in a secure lock box in a safe place in my home.

Information kept on my computer is for my own financial records only and does not contain any personal information about your address.

Any house keys left in my care are kept in a key box, which is kept in a secure lock box in a safe place in my home.

Any photos shared (At your agreement) on my socials will not mention your pets name or location and I’ll try my best to not show too much of your home in the background.
